Book Appointment

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

• All appointments must be booked online—no text inquiries for bookings.
• A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• VIP Weekend Appointments (Saturday & Sunday) require a $30 additional fee.

LASH EXTENSIONS

• Fills require at least 40% of lashes remaining. If less than 40% remain, a full set will be required.
• No fills after 3 weeks from the last appointment. A new full set will be needed

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be rebooked.

LATE ARRIVALS

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

NO EXTRA GUESTS

• To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed in the studio.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Please arrive with clean lashes and brows to ensure the best results.
• If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
